Reservations must be made directly at the Spa reception, through the website, telephone or WhatsApp.

It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the start of therapy. 10 minutes of tolerance will be granted. After the 11th minute, the service will last the time that remains or, when appropriate, a shorter service would be performed. It will not be possible to extend the planned time of therapy, in order to avoid altering the subsequent reserves.

If you reserve in a period of less than 24 hours, you can cancel 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, at no cost.

If you have reserved a service more than 24 hours in advance, you can cancel without any additional cost at least 12 hours before it.

Reservations that are canceled with less time than stipulated above will incur a charge of 50% of the requested service.

We recommend not performing the therapies right after eating and they will not be performed on any client who is under the state of alcohol or drugs. Shaving before an exfoliation treatment and getting a sunburn before any spa service should be avoided. We ask you to notify us of any physical condition, pregnancy, hypertension, allergy or injury that could affect the service at the time the data sheet is filled out.

The spa therapies can be paid online, in cash or with credit or debit cards. Special Plans must be paid in advance.
