What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

Late check-out can be done as long as the room in which the guest is staying is not reserved. As for early arrivals, they can do it without any problem, they can stay in the common areas of the hotel, bellboys keep their bags and the room is delivered to them at check-in time.
